By accessing and using the KAC AGRO website ("we", "us", "our") and by purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
We manufacture and supply dehydrated vegetable & fruit powders under the "Nutri Dry" brand. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed only after we accept it and, where applicable, payment is verified. For online orders we currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and, once enabled, secure online payment via Razorpay.
Bulk, wholesale, dealership and distribution enquiries are handled separately. Quantities, pricing, packaging and delivery terms for such orders are agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis.
All content on this website — including the KAC AGRO and Nutri Dry names, logos, text, and images — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Our products are food items and should be stored and used as directed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAC AGRO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
