1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across India. For remote or non-serviceable PIN codes, we will contact you with alternative arrangements or offer a full refund if delivery isn't possible.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Bulk / wholesale dispatch timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order. Free shipping may apply above a certain order value, as configured from time to time.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we accept returns only in limited cases:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/proof.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please do not use it and contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
